Support Areas

Support Areas

The following describes the kinds of concern most often brought to the practice. If your situation is not listed here, a short message is welcome.

01

Anxiety and Stress

Persistent worry, difficulty sleeping, tension around work or health, and the physical signs of sustained stress. Support focuses on understanding what maintains the pattern and on evidence-based ways to reduce its hold.

02

Relationships

Difficulties within couples, families, or close friendships — including recurring conflict, distance, cultural adjustment, and questions about how you relate to others more generally.

03

Life Transitions

Relocation, changes in family circumstance, bereavement, becoming a parent, or the quieter transitions of adult life. A place to think through change without rushing into decisions.

04

Work and Professional Challenges

Burnout, difficult decisions, leadership pressure, and the private cost of a demanding career. Sessions are used to think carefully about what the situation is asking of you.

05

Personal Development

For those who wish to understand themselves more deeply — patterns of thought and behaviour, values, and the sense of a life examined. This is not a crisis service; it is a place for considered reflection.
